I joined Insider Pro a few months ago, and was reflecting on my time here.  This is a very different type of consultancy practice and I'd like to share my thoughts with you:

What attracted me to join Insider Pro?

The entrepreneurial environment was really appealing to me.  I thrive where I can create a real impact for customers who are going through growth and being disruptive in their markets.  Added to that, I was looking to be part of a high performing team who truly know how to work in a collaborative manner and value people with a mindset of continuous improvement.

My first impressions

This is a growing business where personal development and having fun at work are key.  Everyone goes out of their way to help. There's some ambiguity at times, but I think that is to be expected in an exciting and very fast paced environment.

What I've discovered since joining Insider Pro

This is a very professional and experienced team, and as a result we have truly engaged customers who are willing to listen when challenged. 

Most consultancy businesses are polarised in their capabilities; some have in depth expertise in cutting costs in the supply chain, others focus on making operational processes more efficient.  The Insider Pro team looks to improve anything and everything both inside and outside a business that impacts enterprise value.

Working across the whole continuum of internal operations and supply chains to drive increased enterprise value allows us, as a team, to really maximise our impact.

As well as the breadth of the team's expertise, there's a third dimension that we take great care of - ensuring that our customer's customer experience is forefront of mind when making any decisions.

Would I recommend Insider Pro as a great place to work? 

Yes!  Working at Insider Pro keeps me on my toes.  No two days are the same, and I love working with a very high performing team.

What sort of person fits well with the rest of this team?

Someone personable, open and honest and willing to both help others but also willing to ask for help and guidance when needed. Able to deal with ambiguity and someone with sharp commercial acumen who thinks outside of the box. Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is a self starter and willing to roll their sleeves up.
